Staff Designer

Streng is looking for individuals with a refined ability to make design decisions. The ability to lead, take ownership of a project and actively problem solve are key factors for filling these positions. Candidates must grasp culturally relevant experiences and be capable of translating them into product.

Staff Designers will regularly support and strengthen client work in consultation with a Lead Designer while working within the given context of Streng Design practices. Qualified individuals will exhibit strong drawing and thinking skills, excellent understanding of form and competent softwares use. You will illustrate fluency in a variety of consumer fields including electronics, home appliances, personal care products and furniture.

Lead Designer

An unparalleled understanding of a culturally relevant product experience that transcends any single discipline, backed by a strong ability to lead by example and encouragement, are a must for consideration of this position.

Streng is looking for individuals who bring a great enthusiasm and ability to express form, function, and emotion. An ability to meet developing challenges with insightful solutions parallel to manufacturing and financial constraints is required. You must excel in communicating ideas clearly to the team and to the client.
